About Our Owner & Head Coach
Randi Corbin-Wright
Randi Corbin-Wright doesn’t coach by feel. She coaches by science.
She holds a Master’s in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University, a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a Sports Performance emphasis from Grand Canyon University, and an Associate’s in Exercise Science and Personal Training from Glendale Community College. That’s not a résumé filler. It’s the foundation every training plan and pitching session is built on.
Randi’s path into coaching started in 2016 through a mentorship program with the National Fastpitch Coaches Association under Coach Jimmy. That mentorship turned into a career. She now serves as Assistant Coach under Coach Jimmy at Nelson University in Phoenix, AZ, while running Wright Sports Performance out of the East Valley in Phoenix, AZ.
As a strength and conditioning coach, Randi builds individualized performance programs around power, speed, mobility, and total-body strength with injury prevention baked in from the start. No cookie-cutter plans. Every program is designed around how your body moves and what your sport demands.
As a pitching coach, she works on mechanics, command, and mound confidence. The goal isn’t just more velocity: it’s understanding the craft well enough to perform under pressure and make smart adjustments mid-game.
